ALFP (NI) aims to encourage the participation and retention of adults in learning through the following objectives:
- the provision and dissemination of specialist information detailing in particular the range of financial support mechanisms available to adult learners and mature students in Northern Ireland.
- the provision of advice, money management, debt resolution, mentoring and casework services in the learning financial support field.
- the provision of high quality briefing and training events on learner finance issues to advisors working with adult learners.
